How desperately do you want to see all-new adventures featuring Anakin, Obi-Wan and the gang?
Your answer to that question will determine how fast you line up for “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” the CGI-animated feature hitting theaters today (Aug. 15).
The new film is actually an appetizer for the upcoming “Clone Wars” series to be shown on the Cartoon Network. And like that channel, this “Clone” is better suited to the kiddies. My Washington Times review explains why.
I neglected to mention a key aspect of the film in my review – the film moves a frame or three too fast at times, especially during the battle and light sabre sequences. That only enhances the artificiality of the whole project.
