Oh yeah it’s tough.
My 70 year old mother bought one one her own, made the right choice and did it in an afternoon.

She’s a bit sharper than Toto

It is causing quite a ripple in Hollywood. Older actors have it tough enough … now everyone will see just how many wrinkles they have …

And yeah, watching athletes a few notches below Anna Kornikova in the looks dept. is an adjustment.

The biggest problem with a wide screen HDTV is that now we can see things that we wish we couldn’t. Now one can study, in minute detail, the complexions of talk show hosts, including the zits, nose hair folicles and and custard stains on their ties.
I watched the prior Olympics before they had sorted out the HD issues and could tell from the close ups that some of the girl’s dive team needed a shave.

These are things I don’t wish to see, thank you.
