I don't mind if I disagree with an actor -- I disagree with my wife's politics, fer crying out loud! But when they say disgusting/stupid/mean things, it takes a toll on me ... and you ... and I suspect a lot of people. Malkin has a joke up that was done at the MTV awards, that Palin's daughter's baby wasn't a boy or girl but a P.R. stunt. Sadly my respect for celebs and ability to seperate their personal life and political leanings from their work has just about vanished. At this stage when celebs,regardless of their political leanings won't even condem those attacking the children of candidates, it makes them just as bad.
