Bride Wars is roughest on the ladies, K … the film exploits all the major female stereotypes – cattiness, etc.

. . although the film’s male characters are infinitely more grounded and likable than their female co-stars.

This in itself is so unusual in a chick flick that I may have to go see the movie just to marvel at it. My experience is that women directors or screenwriters (as in this case) tend to minimize the male bashing.
