Will you please rant about how undeserving Slumdog was of “best picture” and how the Oscars have achieved total irrevelance, idiocy, and obnoxiousness? All I care about are the dresses at this point. I’ve given up on all the rest.

I thought, sadly, that Slumdog was the best of the bunch. When it comes to Best Picture nominees, I’ve learned to lower my expectations.
This year’s telecast felt … small … didn’t it? And where was Jack? If he can’t be bothered to show up, why should we?
