Liked him in Reign of Fire. He really played the slimy agent well in Tropic Thunder, but he shrank next to Tom Cruise. Not that he wasn't doing anything any different, he just seemed to evaporate in front of Cruise and the massive Grossman character. Alright, good even, but far away from great. I felt the same.
