Wanna see what a “Crazy” looks like?
Timothy Olyphant of “Deadwood” fame stars in the upcoming remake of the George Romero non-zombie shocker “The Crazies.” The 1973 film followed a small town in the grip of a biological weapon release.
Olyphant, pictured here, is joined by “Rogue’s” Rhada Mitchell, giving the film two quality stars to build around.
Director Breck Eisner, who previously gave us the “c’mon, it wasn’t that bad” “Sahara,” is helming the remake.

Hmm, i actually enjoyed Sahara.
Me, too. But the rest of the world didn’t, from what I gathered. Glad to know I’m not alone.
Well I enjoyed it, too, so there’s at least three of us. Not terribly faithful to the book, but what is? I even liked Steve Zahn’s spin on Giordino.
Make that four of us. I knew that Sahara wasn’t a hit, but I never knew it was as big a flop as it was. Ouch. Much worse movies have done much better.
