No ‘Capitalism’ review on Friday

This site won’t be posting a review of Michael Moore’s latest documentary “Capitalism: A Love Story.”

And it has nothing to do with the dog eating my movie ticket.

A screening conflict earlier this week, combined with a rare three-day vacation starting today, means I won’t be able to see it before tomorrow.

And my idea of a vacation doesn’t include watching another Moore agitprop-apalooza.

WWTW may feature a guest film critic reviewing the movie, or I may catch up with it early next week.

One trepidation: I know very little about financial matters, so I likely can’t thoroughly assess some of Moore’s arguments as required.

A grasp of the facts doesn’t always stop Moore, but I digress.

One additional note: I’ll be away for three days but the site will be updated regularly throughout the week.

Expect reviews of “Zombieland,” “Whip It!” (by an actual roller derby participant/guest critic) and “The Invention of Lying,” plus a Q&A with the creator of Eyesoda.com, a site dedicated to posting independent films online.
