		<description>Not to drag out this thread - but I actually AM dragging out this thread: I agree. 

Like our elected officials, there seems to be a built-in diminish on returns for long-time celebrities - they coast on the earned plaudits early in their career until they reach (and often pass) a point where their embarrassing behaviour begins to undue the respect they once achieved.</description>
