This site has had its say … now WWTW wants to know what you thought of the Academy Award nominations revealed today.
Fair? Unfair?? Who got snubbed and who didn’t deserve a nomination?
And, mostly importantly, will the nominations make you more or less likely to tune in March 7?

The noms alone do not inspire me (yet again). But I shall watch if only to repeat my annual Statler & Waldorf Thing….
(I do want to see hometown girl Sandy in her Oscar glory, though; longshot – unless making a SERIOUS donation to charity bumps her odds – that she may be.)

I don’t see her as the longshot … I think she’s the prohibitive favorite. What I’m hoping for is a shocker … maybe Gabourey comes away the winner??
I will definitely watch this year. I will be rooting for Kathryn Bigelow to win for two reasons:
1. She deserves it
2. The look on Cameron’s face will be priceless. I’m not sure if his ego can handle it
That is the big story this year, Blackhawk. If Avatar gets shout out prior to the Best Director announcement, it could get ugly.
Truthfully, I haven’t seen many of the nominees yet, but I am rooting for “Inglourious Basterds” which was a lot of fun.
I’m still smarting over the fact that “Zombieland” was criminally ignored. ; )
