The best part of running a film blog is overseeing the conversations sparked by the posts.
Some sites attract waves of mean-spirited comments or get bogged down in ideological slugfests. Luckily for me, WWTW mostly attracts savvy film fans, or Watchers, who know and love movies as much as this film critic.
Sometimes more.
But I still have to delete a small number of comments left on the site.
Some are no-brainers. Profanity won’t fly here, nor will cruel attacks against myself or fellow Watchers.
And if you tee off with a line like, “I don’t know how you keep your job,” you’re toast. I’m a self-employed blogger and have no plans to pink slip myself.
If I make a mistake, though, please let me know about it. And if you strongly disagree with a review or opinion piece here, let ‘er rip.
